The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Redwood Queen, trained by C.Byrnes, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

The Raceday Stewards informed Ian Amond, Authorised Rep for Gordon Elliott, trainer, that a repeat performance of his charge who stood in the stalls and refused to race may render the animal liable to a suspension in the future.

L.F. Roche, rider of Shecouldbeanything, trained by Gordon Elliott, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount refused to race.

H.J. Horgan, rider of Turn And Finish, trained by Joseph Patrick O'Brien, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount ran green turning in.

240C Core Bullion Traders Rated Race

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Polaris Dancer, trained by W.P.Browne, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

K.G. Kennedy, rider of Polaris Dancer, trained by W.P.Browne, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount didn't handle the track.

240D Strand Inn Dunmore East H'cap

W. Joyce, rider of Chica Linda, trained by James Andrew Fahey, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount ran wide off the first bend.

240F Brennan's Pharmacy H'cap

John C. McConnell, trainer of Mt Leinster, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his charge had blood at both nostrils post race. This was subsequently confirmed by an IHRB veterinary officer.

Siobhan Rutledge, rider of Lord Erskine, trained by H.Rogers, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that her mount hung right throughout.

240G Dan Cowman H'cap

J.A. Heffernan, rider of Red Secret (CAN), trained by Kevin Michael Smith, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount was lugging in and he used his whip down the shoulder for corrective purposes.
