R.P. Whelan, rider of Fiona MacCoul, trained by Mrs John Harrington, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was slowly away and didn't get a clear run.
239B FBD Hotels & Resorts Killashee Hotel HcpThe Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Mehmar, trained by M.D. O'Callaghan, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.
The Raceday Stewards received a report from the Clerk of the Scales, Mr. P.L. Malone, regarding the failure of C.T. Keane, rider of Mehmar, placed sixth to weigh in after this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who stated that as he walked in he glanced at the screen behind the Clerk of the Scales and didn't see his name so he proceed to head to the jockeys room. Having considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards using their powers under Rule 230(ii), disqualified Mehmar from sixth place. Furthermore, the Raceday Stewards were of the opinion C.T. Keane was in breach of Rule 227(i) and having considered his record in this regard, they suspended him for two racedays and ordered him to forfeit his riding fee.
The Raceday Stewards reviewed the start of this race where it appeared Laugh A Minute (GB), ridden by C.J. MacRedmond, reared and forced the starting gate open marginally before the other gates opened. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that Laugh A Minute forced the gate open after the Starter had pressed the button and as such a fair start had been effected so they took no further action.
239C Qatar Racing & Equestrian Irish EBF StksThe Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Shamrock Breeze, trained by Jack W. Davison, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.
C.D. Hayes, rider of Rock N Roll Rocket, trained by David Loughnane (in GB), reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount ran keen.

Joyce, unplaced, where it appeared both horses come together. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.
239F Comer Group Irish St. Leger Trial StakesThe Raceday Stewards interviewed R.L. Moore, rider of Grosvenor Square, concerning his use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who stated he was instructed keep his horse going right to the line as he had previously failed to finish out his race. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Raceday Stewards accepted the riders explanation and took no further action.
239G Tote.ie H'capThe Raceday Stewards fined Denis Gerard Hogan, trainer €65 for failing to fit cheekpieces to Dynamite Defense prior to entering the parade ring.
A.J. Slattery, rider of Exceeding, trained by Andrew Slattery, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount acted up in the stalls.
239H Tote, Never Beaten By SP H'capThe Raceday Stewards informed Leanne Breen, trainer that James Henry, would have to be recertified before being declared to run from stalls again.
The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Summer Snow, trained by M.D. O'Callaghan, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.
R.P. Whelan, rider of Never Shout Never, trained by Jack W. Davison, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount got upset in the stalls.
M.W Hassett, rider of Von Krolock, trained by Timothy Doyle, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung left under pressure.
A.J. Slattery, rider of Theriverrunsdeep, trained by Seamus G. O'Donnell, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount got upset in the stalls.
The Raceday Stewards enquired into the circumstances surrounding the late arrival of Aurora Nova to the start having been trotted all the way down. Andrew McNamara, Trainer, stated that his filly can be difficult to handle and has bolted on the way to the start before. L.T. McAteer stated that he felt the filly getting a bit hot underneath him so decided it best to proceed slowly to the start. Having considered all the evidence, the Raceday Stewards reminded Andrew McNamara that as per Rule 148(xi)(f) it is his responsibility to ensure his charge is at the start on time in future.
