Starting Stall Certificates

A fee of €30, payable by the owner to HRI will apply in respect of each horse certified*.
*Subject to a minimum charge of €120 per visit for certificates issued at trainer’s premises.
(fees will be processed through the owner’s HRI account, unless the horse is returned ‘out of training’ in which case the fee will be processed through the trainer’s HRI account)

Sampling Fees

The fee for the sampling of a horse in a Pattern Race shall be as follows:

All winners and horses placed second in Group I or II races : €200,

All winners of Group III races : €60,

All winners and horses placed second in Grade 1 races under I.N.H.S.
