G.F. Carroll, rider of Highway Sixty One, trained by Andrew McNamara, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was slowly away from the stalls.

L.F. Roche, rider of Gateway Arch, trained by Joseph Anthony Murray, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount raced keenly throughout.

The Raceday Stewards reviewed an incident at about the 150yrd marker involving Zaraahmando, ridden by A.J. Slattery, unplaced, Georg Zhukov, ridden by C.T. Keane, unplaced, and Episodic, ridden by R.P. Cleary, unplaced, where it appeared interference may have occurred. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

The Raceday Stewards interviewed D.J. Murphy, rider of Cherry Pink, concerning his use of the whip in closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who accepted he was in breach of the whip Regulation. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that D.J. Murphy was in breach of Regulation 10.3(b)(out of contention) and having considered his record (first offence), they suspended him for two racedays. D.J. Murphy was accompanied in this enquiry by Michael Halford.

C.J. MacRedmond, rider of What Adaay (GB), trained by Patrick Martin, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his saddle slipped forward after about two furlongs.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Cherry Pink, trained by M. Halford & T. Collins, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Kisiyra, trained by J.P. Murtagh, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

R. Whearty, rider of Stella Acclamata, trained by Keith Henry Clarke, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount jinked leaving the stalls.

L.T. McAteer, rider of Crypto Crash (GB), trained by David Marnane, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount got tight for room leaving the stalls.

R.P. Cleary, rider of Slaney Swagger, trained by J. S. Bolger, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount ran off the bend turning into the back straight.

N.M. Crosse, rider of Another Night, trained by Mrs John Harrington, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that he had to sit for a stride turning in.

128F Racing Again Here On June 10th H'cap

S. Foley, rider of Luminous Light (GB), trained by Anthony McCann, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount leaned right in the straight.

G.M. Ryan, rider of Eikonix (GB), trained by John Joseph Hanlon, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount refused to race.

The Raceday Stewards interviewed John Joseph Hanlon, trainer of Eikonix (GB), concerning the conduct of this horse who refused to race once the stalls opened. John Joeseph Hanlon stated that his charge has never shown tendencies like this at home and is very disappointed in his charge. Having considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards, using their powers under Rule 14, suspended Eikonix from running for 30 days.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Eikonix (GB), trained by John Joseph Hanlon, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.
