127C Coolmore Stud EBF (Fillies) Sprint StksG.M. Ryan, rider of Usdi Atohi, trained by Donnacha Aidan O'Brien, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount took a bad step at halfway.
127D Owenstown Stud StakesL.T. McAteer, rider of Special Wan, trained by Patrick T. Foley, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount had a look around when she hit the front.
R.P. Whelan, rider of Genesis, trained by Barry J. Fitzgerald, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount was difficult to settle on the way to the start.
127E Goffs Lacken StakesThe Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident inside the final two furlongs involving Jakajaro, ridden by L.T. McAteer, placed fifth, and Military (GB), ridden by R.L. Moore, placed fourth, where it appeared that contact was made between both a number of times. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. In his evidence, R.L. Moore stated that he received a bump from Jakajaro at approximately the two furlong point. L.T. McAteer stated that when he moved off heels his mount overreacted to his signals. He further stated that his mount ran around thereafter and concluded by saying that his mount is a difficult ride. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that L.T. McAteer, was in breach of Rule 214 in that he had ridden carelessly, and having considered his record in this regard (fourth offence),they suspended him for twelve racedays.
127F Twydil/Clovelly Irish EBF (Fillies) M'dnC.T. Keane, rider of Golden Ocean (GER), trained by M.D. O'Callaghan, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hit a ridge and stumbled inside the final two furlongs.
127G Royal Ascot Trials At Naas H'capC.D. Hayes, rider of Profit Refused, trained by Kevin Prendergast, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his saddle slipped and he eased his mount thereafter.
127H Tote Guarantee Available On Course H'capThe Raceday Stewards enquired from S. Foley, rider of Sea Chariot (GB), who fell on the flat on the home turn. S. Foley reported that his mount lost its hind legs and fell independently of any other horse. Having considered the matter and viewed a recording of the incident, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.
J.M. Sheridan, rider of Plume Noire, trained by B. Duffy, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount changed his legs and jinked right at the furlong pole when he had momentarily lost his left rein.
