The Raceday Stewards interviewed J.C. Gainford, rider of Shannon Royale, concerning his use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who accepted he was in breach of the Whip Regulation but stated that he was unsure if he connected with one of the strikes. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that J.C. Gainford was in breach of R.10.3(g)(frequency) and having considered his record in this regard (third offence), they suspended him for eight racedays.
391B Tote, Guarantee Never Beaten H'cap S'chPrior to the start of this race, the Clerk of the Course changed the going to soft on the chase track and yielding to soft on the hurdle and bumper track.
391C Celebrate New Year Tote 3-Y-O M'dn H'dleAt the request of the Raceday Stewards, P.T. Smithers, rider of Sprinkles, trained by Padraig Roche, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount ran on past tired horses. The Raceday Stewards also received a report from the Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer who stated that Sprinkles was coughing post race. Samples were taken for further analysis.

391E Tote's Cheers To 2024 H'cap H'dleThe Raceday Stewards reviewed an incident on turning into the straight involving Farmers Lodge, ridden by S.W. Flanagan, placed first, and Marelly, ridden by E.M. O'Sullivan, placed third, where it appeared the two horses came close together. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.
P. Townend, rider of Stormbreaker (GB), trained by W.P. Mullins, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount either took a false step or struck into itself and lost his position after jumping the second hurdle past the stands but was sound so he continued on.
391F Adare Manor Opportunity H'cap H'dleThe Raceday Stewards enquired from P.M. O'Brien rider of Klassman, who was unseated on the flat in this race. P.M. O'Brien reported that his mount stumbled independently of any other horse and he was unseated. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.
P.T. Smithers, rider of Restless Son, trained by Norman Lee, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung right throughout.
391G ISF EBF (Mares) (Pro-Am) INH Flat RaceThe Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Kisuton Enki (FR), trained by Gordon Elliott, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be lame post race.
Mr E.P. O'Brien, rider of Deadclassy, trained by Denis W. Cullen, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount gurgled and stopped quickly.
Mr J.L. Gleeson, rider of Mags Collins, trained by Peter Fahey, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount never travelled.
