C.D. Hayes, rider of Lismacbryan Hill, trained by Patrick Magee, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount leaned left late on.

J.J.G. Ryan, rider of Starsurge, trained by G.M.Lyons, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount took a keen hold.

W.M. Lordan, rider of Mississippi River, trained by A.P.O'Brien, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that he lost his right iron close to the line.

The Raceday Stewards reviewed an incident in the closing stages involving Mississippi River, ridden by W.M. Lordan, placed third, and Storm Piece (GB), ridden by C.T. Keane, placed second, where it appeared the two horses came close together. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

G.F. Carroll, rider of Diego El Queso, trained by G.M.Lyons, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that he had to sit and wait for a gap in the straight.

060D DAR Golf H'cap

The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident shortly after leaving the stalls involving Chicago Fireball, ridden by P. McGettigan, unplaced, Sara Valentina, ridden by C.D. Hayes, placed third, Mercurial, ridden by A.J. Casey, unplaced, Gerrit's Gem, ridden by R.P. Whelan, unplaced, and Storm Averted, ridden by W. Joyce, unplaced, where it appeared W. Joyce had to take back. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. W. Joyce stated that he had to take a pull as the gap was closing and felt pressure from both sides. R.P. Whelan stated that he didn't contribute to the incident. C.D Hayes stated that he got sandwiched and became unbalanced. P. McGettigan stated that he kept a straight line and received pressure from his inside. A.J. Casey stated that he received a bump and tried to maintain his line. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards did not apportion blame to any rider and took no further action.

The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident approximately 200 yards from the finish involving En Or (FR), ridden by J.J.G. Ryan, unplaced, Love Billy Boy, ridden by S. Foley, placed sixth, and Gerrit's Gem, ridden by R.P. Whelan, unplaced, where it appeared the three horses came close together. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. S. Foley stated that no gaps appeared and felt the movement was very minor. J.J.G. Ryan stated that he suffered no interference. R.P. Whelan stated that as his mount tired he moved ever so slightly right. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

060E Irish Racing Writers Assoc. Madrid H'cap

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Serengeti (FR), trained by A.P.O'Brien, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Tangapour, trained by J.P. Murtagh, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

The Raceday Stewards reviewed an incident approaching the home turn involving Monotone, ridden by R. Coakley, placed fourth, and Manhattan Chute, ridden by C.T. Keane, placed sixth, where it appeared there was contact between the two. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

Ms. Kate Harrington, Authorised Representative for Mrs John Harrington, trainer of Kodilicious, reported to the Clerk of Scales that her charge was showing signs of being in season post race.

060F TOTE Irish EBF Devoy Stakes

S. Foley, rider of Sea The Lady (FR), trained by Mrs John Harrington, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount stopped quickly.
