The Stewards fined the following trainer in respect of their non-runner:-

The Raceday Stewards granted Patrick Gerard Ryan, trainer, an additional ten minutes to present his charge for identification by an IHRB Official under the provisions of Rule 90(i).
The Raceday Stewards granted Adrian Sexton, trainer, an additional ten minutes to present his charge for identification by an IHRB Officials under the provisions of Rule 90(i).
B.P. Kennedy, rider of Rinnaseer King, trained by Thomas P.O'Connor, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount made a bad mistake with a circuit to go and jumped left afterwards.
At the request of the Raceday Stewards, C.M. Quirke, rider of Coffeys Forge, trained by Patrick Gerard Ryan, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount stopped quickly.
The Raceday Stewards interviewed H.E. Sexton, rider, in relation to the fact he seemed to continue on a tired horse resulting in a fall at the second last hurdle. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who stated that he felt the field had gone very fast early on and his mount was outpaced but was keeping on at one pace. Having considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards found H.E. Sexton was in breach of R. 216 (ii)(b) and in considering his record in this regard (first offence) they suspended him for two racedays. .
The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer reported to the Raceday Stewards that Callmedusty trained by Cian Collins was seen to have blood at both nostrils post race.
355C Panoramic Restaurant (M) H'cap H'dleThe Raceday Stewards interviewed Kevin A Murphy, rider of Unklipped, concerning his use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. Kevin A Murphy accepted he was in breach of the Regulation and apologised for his actions. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Raceday Stewards found Kevin A Murphy was in breach of R.10.3(i)(time to respond) and in considering his clean record in this regard they suspended him for two racedays.
355D1 Limerick Races On Facebook H'cap H'dleThe Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Good Bye Milan, trained by Leonard Paul Flynn, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be lame of his right fore post race.
M.P. O'Connor, rider of Blue In The West, trained by Eamonn Francis Gallagher, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount never travelled and was pulled up.
C.M. Quirke, rider of Good Bye Milan, trained by Leonard Paul Flynn, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount stopped quickly before the last hurdle.
355D2 Limerick Races On Facebook H'cap H'dleAt the request of the Raceday Stewards, R.P. Geoghegan, rider of Restless Son, trained by Norman Lee, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount was outpaced early on and stayed on well.
The Raceday Stewards received a report from the Clerk of the Scales, Ms. A. O'Keeffe, regarding the failure of R.P. Geoghegan, rider of Restless Son, placed fourth to weigh in after this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who stated that it was a failure on his part to check the screen displaying the riders to weigh in. Having considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards using their powers under Rule 230, disqualified Restless Son from fourth place. As a consequence, they amended the result to read as follows:

Furthermore, the Raceday Stewards were of the opinion R.P. Geoghegan was in breach of Rule 227 and having considered his record in this regard, they suspended him for two racedays and ordered him to forfeit his riding fee.
The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Restless Son, trained by Norman Lee, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to have coughed a few times but was otherwise post race normal. Samples were taken for analysis.
355F Follow Us On Instagram Opp. Hcp HdlThe Raceday Stewards interviewed John J Hanlon, Trainer, upon a request to substitue P. Hanlon for S. Cleary- Farrell as his intended mount was a non runner. John J Hanlon stated that originally P. Hanlon had been declared on a more fancied mount which became a non runner and he wished to switch him to his charge. The Raceday Stewards denied the request as it did not conform to the provisions of Regulation 3.
J.G. Gilligan, rider of Mr McWhinny, trained by Paul John Gilligan, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount made a mistake at the first hurdle in the back straight on the final circuit and was soon pulled up.
355G Irish EBF (M)(Ladies P-Am) INH Flat RaceThe Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Miss Incognito, trained by Gordon Elliott, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.
The Raceday Stewards reviewed where it appeared that Liss Eile, ridden by Miss M. O'Sullivan, placed second, ran short of room and caught the rail. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.
