The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Chica Power, trained by Cian Collins, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

The Raceday Stewards requested a report from J.P. Murtagh, trainer, as to the apparent improvement in form of Amber Blossom (GB), placed first, as compared with its most recent run at Down Royal on the 6th of September. Through his Authorised Representative, J.P. Murtagh reported that his charge never travelled the last day and it was her first run on the all weather surface today which may have contributed to the apparent improvement in form. Having considered the report the Raceday Stewards noted the explanation given.

C. Martins, rider of Prince Of Love, trained by Michael J. Browne, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount jumped left leaving the stalls.
