Mr. P.W. Mullins stated that his mount was rolling inwards after receiving a bump and also stated that he corrected his mount any time he felt him coming off his line Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards were of the opinion that while Dysart Dazzler had caused interference to Serious Chat he did not improve his finishing position as a result of this interference so they made no alteration to the Judge’s placings, and took no further action.
