C.D. Hayes, rider of Turn Up The Beat (GB), trained by David Richard Barry, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was restless in the gates and jumped awkwardly.
The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident early in the home straight involving Cuban Grey (GB), ridden by R.M Mulligan, placed first, Havana Notion (GB), ridden by H.J. Horgan, unplaced, and Rattletheonionbag, ridden by W. Joyce, placed fifth, where it appeared W. Joyce had to check. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. W. Joyce stated that he had to sit for a stride. R.M. Mulligan stated that he edged out as he thought he was clear of Rattletheonionbag. H.J. Horgan stated that he kept a straight line. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards found R.M. Mulligan was in breach of Rule 214 in that he had ridden carelessly and having considered his clean record in this regard the Raceday Stewards suspended him for two racedays.
The Raceday Stewards reviewed an incident inside the final furlong involving Livingston Range, ridden by Nicola Burns, unplaced, My Girl Sioux, ridden by J.S. Dalton, placed second, and Rattletheonionbag, ridden by W. Joyce, placed fifth, where it appeared contact was made between Livingston Range and Rattletheonionbag as My Girl Sioux crossed in front of them. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.
017B Irishinjuredjockeys.com Claiming RaceThe Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident in the backstraight involving Belles Feuilles (FR), ridden by G.F. Carroll, unplaced, and Lauroline (GB), ridden by Nicola Burns, placed fourth, where it appeared it got tight between the two momentarily. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. G.F. Carroll stated that things just got tight for a few strides. Nicola Burns stated that her mount shied back from the horse on her outside but she did her best to keep straight. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.
D.S. O'Sullivan, rider of Deed Pole (GB), trained by Cian Hughes, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount ran around up the straight.
J. Kearney, rider of Jawhary (GB), trained by Adrian McGuinness, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that he had to take a check inside the furlong pole. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

The Raceday Stewards interviewed D.W. O'Connor, rider of Lost President, concerning his use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who accepted he was in breach of the Whip Regulation and apologised for his actions. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that D.W. O'Connor was in breach of R.10.3(g)(frequency) and having considered his clean record in this regard they suspended him for three racedays.
The Raceday Stewards reviewed an incident close to the line involving Saint Brandon, ridden by W.M. Lordan, placed fifth, and Lost President, ridden by D.W. O'Connor, placed second, where it appeared Lost President drifted left into Saint Brandon. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.
017E View Restaurant Dundalk Apprentice M'dnThe Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident in the home straight involving Maharajjah, ridden by Neve Bennett, placed third, and Red Hugh O'Donnell, ridden by D.S. O'Sullivan, placed fifth, where it appeared Maharajjah drifted left up the straight. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. D.S. O'Sullivan stated that Maharajjah was clear of him at the time. Neve Bennett stated that her mount was hanging but she caused no interference. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.
