The Stewards fined the following trainer in respect of their non-runner:-

At the request of the Raceday Stewards, K.C. Sexton, rider of Miss Gitana, trained by Gordon Elliott, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount got a bad fall on its last run in Punchestown on the 23rd of November so his aim today was to get her to jump around and run as well as he could. Regarding the race itself, he stated his mount jumped ok and took a while to get going. .
372B Bar One Racing M'dn H'dleThe Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident on the bend past the stands involving Notimelikedpresent, ridden by J.S. McGarvey, Rocky Rock On, ridden by K.M. Donoghue, Shadow Paddy, ridden by G.B. Noonan, and A Family Affair, ridden by J.P. Shinnick where it appeared Shadow Paddy clipped a heel after getting tight for room. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. J.S. McGarvey said that he didn't receive much interference. K.M. Donoghue said he was running keen but felt he rode a straight line. G.B. Noonan said he got tight for room and clipped a heel. J.P. Shinnick said he received minimal interference. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards took no further action.
The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident shortly after the start involving Famous Sonnet, ridden by E.M. O'Sullivan, Park That, ridden by S.D. Torrens, and Titanium (FR), ridden by E. Walsh where it appeared Park That clipped a heel after suffering interference. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. E.M. O'Sullivan said he kept his line and left enough room for the riders on his inner. S.D. Torrens said he got pressure from his left and clipped a heel. E. Walsh said he received pressure from his left. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards found E.M. O'Sullivan in breach of Rule 214 in that he had ridden carelessly and having considered his clean record, the Raceday Stewards suspended him for two racedays.
Thomas Cooper, trainer of Icare D'aubrelle (FR), reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his charge pulled a right fore shoe in running.
372D Coolmore N.H. Irish EBF (M) Novice S'chThe Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Zenta (FR), trained by W.P. Mullins, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.
372E Bar One Racing Hilly Way S'chaseOwing to the low lying sun, the Raceday Stewards granted permission for fence eight to be omitted from this race.
The Raceday Stewards reviewed the last fence where Banbridge unseated R. Deegan after Energumene (FR), ridden by P. Townend, jumped right appearing to cause interference. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no riding offence had occurred so they took no further action.
372F Bar One Racing H'cap H'dleThe Raceday Stewards interviewed Richard James Daniels, trainer of Whatsafellatodo, concerning the conduct of this horse who refused to line up at the start when called forward by the starter (withdrawn by order of the Raceday Stewards) and also the conduct of the trainer at the start where he appeared to strike the horse with a leadrope while trying to get get him to go forward. Richard James Daniels said he shows no hesitations at home in his training. Regarding his own conduct he accepted he had struck the animal and apologised for his actions. Having considered all the evidence, the Raceday Stewards in accordance to Rule 14(iii) suspended Whatsafellatodo for a period of 30 days. Furthermore they found the trainer in breach of Regulation 13 and having considered his clean record they fined him €250.
The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer reported to the Raceday Stewards that Storm Mahler trained by E. McNamara had blood at both nostrils post race.
C.P. McNamara, rider of Storm Mahler, trained by E. McNamara, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount burst a blood vessel.
372G Greenvalley Transport Novice H'cap H'dleThe Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Zoomtime, trained by C.Byrnes, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.
The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Colleen Danu, trained by Patrick T. Foley, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.
