The Stewards fined the following trainers in respect of their non-runners:-

Adrian Murray, trainer of Political Power (declared in error) - €200
Mrs John Harrington, trainer of Ocean Quest (ground) - €200

The Stewards authorised the following substitutions of riders at this meeting:

S. Foley replaced L.F. Roche on Shaaden, trained by Patrick J.Flynn (Race 5)(injured)

064A Racing Home For Easter (Fillies) M'dn

The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident just outside the 2 furlong marker involving Dakota Girl, ridden by S. Foley, placed fifth, Go Big Or Go Home, ridden by W.J. Lee, unplaced, Katie Bairdie, ridden by A.J. Slattery, placed third, and National Lady, ridden by C.T. Keane, placed second, where it appeared interference may have occurred. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. S. Foley said he received a slight bump from the his left. W.J. Lee said he received a slight bump from Dakota Girl. A.J. Slattery said his filly ran around fractionally due to the strong headwind. C.T. Keane said his filly went marginally right when checking off heels. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards took no further action.

S. Foley, rider of Dakota Girl, trained by Mrs John Harrington, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount received a little bump two furlongs out.

064B Irish Stall. Farms EBF Med Auction Race

A.J. Slattery, rider of Edvard Grieg, trained by Andrew Slattery, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount jumped left out of the gates.

R.P. Whelan, rider of Mags, trained by Kieran P. Cotter, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount got anxious in the stalls.

064D Book Tickets At CorkRacecourse.ie H'cap

The Raceday Stewards granted a request from Adrian McGuinness, trainer, of Spanish Tenor (IRE), for an additional 10 minutes to present the animal for identification by an IHRB Official as provided for under the provisions of Rule 90(i).

Adam Caffrey, rider of Sirjack Thomas, trained by Adrian McGuinness, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung slightly left in the final furlong.

064E Irish Stallion Farms EBF Cork Stakes

The Raceday Stewards reviewed an incident just outside the three furlong marker involving The Highway Rat, ridden by W.J. Lee, and Easy, ridden by A.J. Slattery, where it appeared interference may have occurred. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Real Force (GB), trained by Gerard O'Leary, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

N.M. Crosse, rider of All Lies Ahead, trained by W. McCreery, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount anticipated the start.

064F Irish Stallion Farms EBF M'dn

The Raceday Stewards enquired into possible interference inside the final furlong involving Amazonian Warrior, ridden by D. Egan, placed second, and Monotone, ridden by R.P. Cleary, placed first, where it appeared Monotone leaned right impeding Amazonian Warrior. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. D. Egan said he received a bump from Monotone which he felt may have cost him the momentum needed to win the race. R.P. Cleary said his mount went right for a few strides when he applied the whip in his left hand but felt it made no difference to the result. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards made no alteration to the Judge’s placings and took no further action.

064G Tote, Never Beaten By SP H'cap

Following a request from broadcasters, the Raceday Stewards granted permission for a one minute delay to this race.

064H Irish Stallion Farms EBF M'dn

D.P. McDonogh, rider of Sturlasson, trained by Kieran P. Cotter, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung right in the final two furlongs.
