The Raceday Stewards reviewed an incident turning into the back straight involving Kurasso Blue (FR), ridden by Sam Ewing, placed fifth, and Murcia (FR), ridden by P. Townend, placed second, where it appeared Murcia momentarily ran short of room. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

N.J. Ryan, rider of Mickey Cohen, trained by Noel Meade, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount jumped right early on.

P. Hanlon, rider of Hitak (FR), trained by Miss Tara Lee Cogan, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was badly hampered by the faller at the fourth last.

B. Hayes, rider of Road To Home, trained by W.P. Mullins, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount jumped the wrong side of a doll despite his best efforts and was pulled up

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Ragmans Corner, trained by Gerard Keane, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to have blood at its right nostril post race.

T.P. Harney, rider of Ragmans Corner, trained by Gerard Keane, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was never going and may have burst.

The Raceday Stewards reviewed an incident after the second last involving Miss Gherkin, ridden by H.E. Sexton, placed fifth, Fairyland Opera, ridden by Conor Clarke, placed second, Duke Of Leggagh, ridden by P. M. O'Brien, placed first and Mercury Mission (GB), ridden by P. Hanlon, placed third, where it appeared Mercury Mission received contact from both sides. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that the incident was caused by Duke Of Leggagh making a mistake at the flight and going right and that no further action was warranted.
