The Raceday Stewards enquired from A. Harvey, rider of Grace Faraday, who slipped up coming down the hill. A. Harvey reported that his mount lost its footing and came down independently of any other runner. Having considered the matter and viewed a recording of the race, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

K.E Buckley, rider of Wild As Fire, trained by Edward Cawley, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung violently left.

R. Deegan, rider of Ballycommon Chapel, trained by R.Donohoe, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount stumbled coming down the hill.

The Raceday Stewards fined Brian Mortell, trainer, €65 for fitting blinkers and not the declared visor to Three Loud Knocks, prior to entering the parade ring.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Garcon Doux, trained by Philip Fenton, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

G. Brouder, rider of Three Loud Knocks, trained by Brian Mortell, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount never travelled.
