126A Wexford Racecourse (Mares) M'dn H'dle

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Shaving (FR), trained by W.P. Mullins, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be blowing hard post race.

C.M. Quirke, rider of Sky Tempest, trained by Louise G. Lyons, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount made a noise.

126C1 Ambrex Switchgear H'cap H'dle

The Raceday Stewards granted a request from Gordon Michael Doyle, trainer of Lacken Run, for an additional ten minutes to present his charge for identification to an IHRB Official in accordance with the provisions of Rule 90(i).

126D Supp. Irish Injured Jockeys H'cap H'dle

K.M. Donoghue, rider of El Capitaine, trained by Tom Dreaper, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount stopped quickly after the second last and pulled up.

The Raceday Stewards interviewed C. Owens rider of Plain Or Battered, concerning his use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. In his evidence, C. Owens accepted he was in breach of the Whip Regulation and apologised for his actions. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that C. Owens was in breach of R.10.3(g)(frequency) and having considered his record in this regard, they suspended him for four racedays.

126E Poolcourt Novice S'chase

Sam Ewing, rider of Charlie Luciano, trained by Noel Meade, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount jumped left.

126F T.C. Cullen Memorial H'cap S'chase

R. Deegan, rider of Greenhill Damsel, trained by Garrett James Power, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount burst a blood vessel. This was subsequently confirmed by the IHRB Veterinary Officer.

126G Irish Stall. Farms EBF (M) INH Flat Race

The Raceday Stewards granted a request from E.Sheehy, trainer of Valianco, to run his charge without hind shoes as provided for under the provisions of Regulation 16.

Mr D. Doyle, rider of Book Early, trained by Philip Fenton, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount tried to pull herself up in the straight.
