The Stewards authorised the following substitutions of riders at this meeting:

J. S. McGarvey replaced J.C. Gainford on Hurricane Honey, trained by Gordon Elliott (Race 1)(Injured)
J. G. Gilligan rode Millwood Lady (reserve) trained by Michael John O'Connor (Race 1)
K. M. Donoghue replaced J.C. Gainford on Crooked Tannie, trained by Cian Collins (Race 2)(Injured)
D. G. Whelan rode Mountrivers Lass (reserve) trained by Robert Murphy (Race 1)
J. J. Slevin replaced J.C. Gainford on Jazzy Matty (FR), trained by Cian Collins (Race 4)(Injured)

118A Executive Helicopters (M) M'dn H'dle

The Raceday Stewards interviewed L. Quinlan, rider of Littlebiggie, and Mr. C. J. Shine, rider of Red Night Sky concerning the start of this race where it appeared they may have put their mounts into a trot or a canter before the flag had been dropped resulting in a false start. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Having considered all the evidence, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

118B Diarmuid Cronin Electrical Ltd M'dn Hdle

The Raceday Stewards granted a request from Eugene M. O'Sullivan, Trainer of Ikalimix, for an additional ten minutes to present his charge for identification to an IHRB Official in accordance with the provisions of Rule 90(i)

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer reported to the Raceday Stewards that St Cuthbert's Cave trained by Gordon Elliott was found to have blood at both nostrils post race.

M.P. O'Connor, rider of Tokens Glory, trained by J.P. O'Keeffe, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount never travelled.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Moonlight Jazz (GB), trained by Henry de Bromhead, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be blowing hard post race.

118C Shire Novice H'dle

P. Townend, rider of My Lyka (GB), trained by W.P. Mullins, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount received a bump at the last and on the run in.

The Raceday Stewards enquired into possible interference in the closing stages of this race involving Nas Na Riogh, ridden by Rachael Blackmore, placed first, and My Lyka (GB), ridden by P. Townend, placed second, where it appeared interference may have occurred. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Rachael Blackmore stated that both horses jumped right at the last and My Lyka caused the second bump. P. Townend stated that he received two bumps and it cost him momentum both times. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards made no alteration to the Judge’s placings and took no further action.

118D M.D. O'Shea & Sons H'cap H'dle

The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident in the closing stages of this race involving Garrybello (FR), ridden by M.J.M O'Sullivan, placed third, Park Of Kings, ridden by M.P. Walsh, unplaced, and Optional Mix, ridden by S. O'Callaghan, placed sixth, where it appeared Optional Mix edged out to make room. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. M. J. M. O'Sullivan stated that he received a bump from his inside. M. P. Walsh stated that he received pressure from his inside. S. O'Callaghan stated that he moved out for room but straightened when he heard a shout. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that S. O'Callaghan, was in breach of Rule 214 in that he had ridden carelessly, and having considered his record in this regard (second offence) the Raceday Stewards suspended him for four racedays.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Park Of Kings, trained by Paul Nolan, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Pitwood Road, trained by Terence O'Brien, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

The Raceday Stewards fined C.A.Murphy, trainer, €65 for failing fit the declared tongue strap to Aldo The Apache, prior to entering the parade ring.

D.J Gilligan, rider of Mercury Mission (GB), trained by Michael John O'Connor, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung badly right turning in.

118F Oyster Tavern H'cap S'chase

C.M. Quirke, rider of Nazine, trained by Michael J. McDonagh, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount never travelled.
