Mr P.W. Mullins, rider of Stattler, trained by W.P. Mullins, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount jumped novicey.

026B SBK Irish EBF (M) H'cap S'chase

The Raceday Stewards interviewed P.M. O'Brien, rider of Lar's Lass, concerning his use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned, who accepted that he was in breach of the whip Regulation and apologised for his actions. Having viewed a recording of the race and having considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards found P.M. O'Brien, in breach of R.10.3 (g) (frequency) and having considered his record (first offence under Regulation 10), they suspended him for one raceday.

026C SBK M'dn H'dle

At the request of the Raceday Stewards, D.A Kidd, rider of Fremantle Doctor, trained by John C. McConnell, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount never travelled so he rode him to get home.

At the request of the Raceday Stewards, P. Byrnes, rider of The Story So Far, trained by C.Byrnes, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount is one paced and made a mistake at the last. .

026E SBK Novice H'cap H'dle

D.J. O'Keeffe, rider of Morricone, trained by Ray Hackett, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his saddle slipped.
