378A I.N.H. Stallion Owners EBF M'dn H'dle

The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident in the closing stages involving Al Kalila, ridden by Ben Bromley, placed fifth, and He's Ultimate, ridden by B. Le Clerc where it appeared He's Ultimate moved out onto Al Kalila. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Ben Bromley stated that his mount was hanging right and he suffered minor interference. B. Le Clerc stated he felt his manoeuvre was ok. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards found B. Le Clerc in breach of rule 214, in that he had ridden carelessly and having considered his record in this regard the Racedays Stewards cautioned him on this occasion.

At the request of the Raceday Stewards, J.I. Duggan, rider of One And Only, trained by Oliver McKiernan, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount jumped big and slow in this race.

378B Red Mills Irish EBF Auction M'dn H'dle

The Raceday Stewards reviewed a fall on the flat turning for home involving Shoot Champagne, ridden by G. Brouder. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

378C Adare Manor Opportunity H'cap H'dle

The Raceday Stewards reviewed an incident down the hill turning for home involving Stockdale, ridden by Shane Fenelon, and Leylani, ridden by C.L. Walsh, where it appeared Leylani, had to take a slight check. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

378D Irish Stallion Farms EBF Beginners S'ch

The Raceday Stewards interviewed L.A. McKenna, rider of Joshua Webb, concerning his use of the whip in the latter stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned, who stated that his mount was responding to his efforts and he lost count. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that L.A. McKenna was in breach of R10.3(g)(frequency), and having considered his record in this regard, the Raceday Stewards cautioned him on this occasion .

378E Metcollect H'cap S'chase

D. Moloney, rider of Aliunde, trained by Mark Michael McNiff, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount burst a blood vessel. Aliunde, was subsequently examined by the I.H.R.B veterinary officer who could not confirm a burst vessel, he did however report the horse to have a wound on his right fore limb.

378F Metcollect Oil Recycling Hunters S'chase

The Raceday Stewards interviewed Mr C. Mullins, rider of Its On The Line, concerning his use of the whip in the latter stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who stated that his technique allows his arm to go high and apologised. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that Mr. C. Mullins was in breach of R10.3(h)(arm above shoulder) and having considered his record in this regard, the Raceday Stewards suspended him for 2 racedays.

378G Metcollect Recycling (P-A) INH Flat Race

The Raceday Stewards informed H. Smyth, trainer, of Just Me, that a repeat performance of his charges behaviour at the start of this race may render the animal to suspension in future.
