The Raceday Stewards interviewed A.J. Slattery, rider of Nahori, trained by Thomas Gibney, concerning his use of a mobile phone in the parade ring prior to this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who stated that the trainer was late to arrive and the groom handed him a phone to ring him in the parade ring.
