The Stewards authorised the following substitutions of riders at this meeting:

P.T. Enright rode Kingdom Calling (FR) (reserve) trained by Eoin Christopher McCarthy (Race 4)
Rachael Blackmore rode Princess Preskina (reserve) trained by Henry de Bromhead (Race 7)
R. A. Doyle replaced D. Meyler on Hidalgo Des Mottes (FR), trained by Eoin Griffin (Race 3)(Intended mount a non runner)

410B Tramore Racecourse Directors H'cap H'dle

S. O'Callaghan, rider of Ta Na La (USA), trained by T.M. Walsh, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount got hampered when jumping off and clipped a heel.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Morepowertoya (FR), trained by Paul Power, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be blowing hard post race.

410D Tote, Never Beaten By SP H'cap H'dle

The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident after the last hurdle involving Scottish Dancer, ridden by H. Morgan, placed second, and Mrs Biddle, ridden by J.J. Slevin placed third, where it appeared horses came close together on the inner. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. J.J. Slevin stated that he was down the inside when the other horse veered to the right at which point he runs out of room. H. Morgan stated that his mount took a good look at the last, got lonely, edged right and he thought he was clear of the other horse. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards did not apportion blame to any rider and took no further action.

410E Tote.ie H'cap S'chase

D.J. O'Keeffe, rider of Jack Holiday, trained by D.M. Christie, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount made a mistake at the last fence.

S.D. Torrens, rider of Prince Of Air (FR), trained by P.J. Rothwell, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount slipped coming down the hill on the first circuit.

The Raceday Stewards requested a report from G. Ahern, trainer, following the winning performance of Must Be Dreaming in this race, which appeared to represent an improvement on its previous run. The trainer reported that this mare made a bad mistake here the last day and felt she got the run of the race today. Having liaised with the IHRB Handicapper, the Raceday Stewards considered the report and noted the explanation offered.

410G Free Streaming All Racing H'cap S'chase

R.A. Doyle, rider of Hidalgo Des Mottes (FR), trained by Eoin Griffin, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his saddle slipped right back.

The Raceday Stewards interviewed Sam Ewing, rider of Greenway Machine, concerning his use of the whip in the latter stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who stated that his horse had been putting down on him and doing nothing approaching the last. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Raceday Stewards found the rider in breach of Reg.10.3.(g)(frequency) and having taken his clean record into account suspended him for three race days.
