The Stewards fined the following trainers in respect of their non-runners:-

J. S. Bolger, trainer of Bold Approach (off feed) - €200
John M.Harney, trainer of Carte D'or (no show) - €400.

307A Irish Stallion Farms EBF (Fillies) M'dn

The Raceday Stewards ordered the withdrawal of Carte D'or, trained by John M.Harney, for failing to present the horse for identification to an Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Official in accordance with the provisions of Rule 90 (i). Furthermore, the Raceday Stewards fined John M. Harney €400 and suspended Carte D'or for two racedays in accordance with the provisions of Rule 194(vii)(d).

J. Cleary, rider of Happiest, trained by A.P.O'Brien, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount got squeezed up in the early stages.

307B Irish EBF Auction Series M'dn

A.J. Slattery, rider of Bridezilla, trained by Andrew Slattery, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was slowly away.

Siobhan Rutledge, rider of Creideamh, trained by Paul Gammell, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that her mount was slowly away.

The Raceday Stewards reviewed where Tinnakelly, ridden by J.S. Dalton, unplaced, appeared to strike an upright at the halfway point. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

307C Moyne H'cap

W.J. Lee, rider of Pink Socks, trained by Timothy Doyle, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount didn't get a clear run in the straight.

307D Welcome Back To Thurles H'cap

K.G. Kennedy, rider of Dumb Love, trained by Gerard O'Leary, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung a little right under pressure.

307F Horse & Jockey M'dn

The Raceday Stewards interviewed C.T. Keane, rider of Backmersackme, trained by Emmet Mullins, in relation to the start of this race where his mount appeared to break slowly from the stalls with little reaction from the rider. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who apologised for not making a report and stated that his mount was a jumps horse who was very slowly away. Having considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that C.T. Keane was in breach of Rule 213 and having considered his clean record in this regard, they cautioned him on this occasion.

307G www.thurlesraces.ie H'cap

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Plains Indian, trained by Andrew Slattery, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to have coughed a few times but was otherwise post race normal.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Black Soul, trained by John E. & Thomas Kiely, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

A.J. Slattery, rider of Sir Allen (GB), trained by Andrew Slattery, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount missed the break.

W.J. Lee, rider of Building Bridges (GB), trained by Gary McGill, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung left from the half mile mark onwards.

S. Foley, rider of Spanish John, trained by P.A.Fahy, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung left in the straight.
