268B Coolmore Gleneagles Irish EBF (C&G) M'dnG.M. Ryan, rider of Comanche Brave, trained by Donnacha Aidan O'Brien, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that he had to take a check after the first furlong. The Raceday Stewards reviewed the video footage and were satisfied that no further action was warranted.
268C Follow Us On Instagram H'capJ.A. Heffernan, rider of Moltophino, trained by John Andrew Kinsella, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount wandered around under pressure.
268D1 Mallow H'capThe Raceday Stewards requested a report from Adrian McGuinness, trainer, as to the apparent improvement in form of Distillate (GB), placed first, as compared with its recent form. The Authorised representative for the trainer reported that the straight galloping track may have accounted for the apparent improvement in form. Having considered the report the Raceday Stewards noted the content of the report.
J.M. Sheridan, rider of Church Mountain, trained by Denis Gerard Hogan, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung right from one furlong out.
W.J. Lee, rider of Surpass And Shine, trained by Patrick J.Flynn, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount rolled about in the last furlong.
268D2 Mallow H'capThe Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident inside the last furlong involving Mags, ridden by R.P. Whelan, placed sixth, and Hezahunk, unplaced, ridden by Adam Caffrey where it appeared interference may have occurred. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. R.P. Whelan stated that his mount drifted slightly making things tight. Adam Caffrey said he got a little pressure from the right. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards took no further action.
The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer reported to the Raceday Stewards that Nordic Passage trained by J.F. Levins had blood at the right nostril post race.
268E Irish Stallion Farms Irish EBF (F) M'dnJ.A. Powell, rider of Alaskan Red, trained by Rodger Sweeney, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount raced keen.
W.M. Lordan, rider of Happiest, trained by A.P.O'Brien, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount got a slight bump early on.
W.J. Lee, rider of Made U Blush (GB), trained by W. McCreery, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount had to check off heels after one furlong.
D. McMonagle, rider of Tswalu, trained by Joseph Patrick O'Brien, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that things got tight after one furlong.
D.P. McDonogh, rider of Wemightakedlongway, trained by Joseph Patrick O'Brien, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount suffered interference early on.
The Raceday Stewards reviewed an incident after a furlong where it appeared interference may have occurred after several horses were running keen. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.
