267C James P. Cunningham Electrical H'cap

The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident in the closing stages involving Victor's Choice, ridden by R. Whearty, unplaced, Madame Plaintiff, ridden by G.F. Carroll, placed sixth, and Purple Sky, ridden by R.P. Cleary, placed fifth, where it appeared it got tight for room momentarily. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. R.P Cleary stated the horse in front of him was coming back and he took a precautionary check. R. Whearty stated that he received minor interference. G.F. Carroll stated that his mount was rolling around underneath him but made every effort to keep her straight. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards took no further action.

267D Irish EBF Median Sires Series (F) M'dn

The Raceday Stewards enquired into possible interference in the closing stages involving Deressa, ridden by C.D. Hayes, placed fifth, Pickersgill, ridden by R.C. Colgan, unplaced, and Baltray Lady, ridden by D.P. McDonogh, placed sixth, where it appeared interference occurred. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. D.P. McDonogh stated that his mount ducked right from the horse joining him on his outside. R.C. Colgan stated that his mount got intimidated by the horses on his outside resulting in him colliding with the running rail. C.D. Hayes stated a gap appeared and as he went to fill the gap it closed and he took back straight away. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards made no alteration to the Judge's placings and took no further. Mr S.McDonogh recused himself from this enquiry.

D.P. McDonogh, rider of Baltray Lady, trained by Joseph Patrick O'Brien, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount ducked right from the horse on his outside.

A.J. Slattery, rider of Roman Dawn, trained by Andrew Slattery, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was slowly away from the stalls.

267E The Galway H'cap

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Royal Pippen, trained by Paul W. Flynn, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to have lost a right fore shoe and to be lame post race.

L.T. McAteer, rider of Bang Po, trained by Liam McAteer, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung left from two furlongs out.

267F Ardilaun Hotel Irish EBF Oyster Stakes

The Raceday Stewards reviewed an incident rounding the home bend involving Snowcapped, ridden by J.A. Heffernan, and Andromeda, ridden by W.M. Lordan, where it appeared J.A. Heffernan had to sit for a stride. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

M.P. Sheehy, rider of Shoda, trained by Joseph Patrick O'Brien, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was too keen.

Mrs John Harrington, trainer of Scarlett O'Hara (FR), reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that her charge scoped wrong on endoscopic examination.
