The Stewards fined the following trainer in respect of their non-runner:-

D.J. Bunyan, trainer of Giuseppe Cassioli (GB) (Off Feed) - €200

The Stewards authorised the following substitutions of riders at this meeting:

D. McMonagle replaced A.J. Slattery on Goal Exceeded (GB), trained by John S. O'Donoghue (Race 3) (Unwell).
S. Foley replaced N.M. Crosse on What A Squeeze, trained by Mrs John Harrington (Race 3) (Intended mount a non-runner)
J.M. Sheridan replaced A.J. Slattery on Parting Glass, trained by J.A. Stack (Race 8) (Unwell).

226A Bord Na Mona Recycling Irish EBF M'dn

R.P. Whelan, rider of Artful Approach, trained by Jack W. Davison, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount became upset in the stalls.

R.C. Colgan, rider of Barnso (GB), trained by Natalia Lupini, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that he lost an iron coming out of the stalls.

226B ARC American Racing Irish EBF (F) Race

The Raceday Stewards informed Jack W. Davison, trainer that Lady Gwendeline, would have to be recertified before being declared to run from stalls again.

N.M. Crosse, rider of Sakakawea, trained by T.M. Walsh, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung left throughout.

226C Keeper's Heart Whiskey Irish EBF M'dn

S. Foley, rider of What A Squeeze, trained by Mrs John Harrington, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount jumped left from the stalls.

The IHRB Veterinary Officer examined Chicago Fireball, trained by J.P. Murtagh, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

The IHRB Veterinary Officer examined Mr Saturday, trained by G.M. Lyons, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

At the request of the Raceday Stewards, J. Kearney, rider of Parry (GB), trained by G.M. Lyons, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount was keen to post.

226D Rathasker Stud Phoenix Sprint Stakes

B.M. Coen, rider of Shartash, trained by J.P. Murtagh, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount reared up when the stalls opened.

The Raceday Stewards informed J.P. Murtagh, trainer that Shartash, would have to be recertified before being declared to run from stalls again.

226E Revamp Conservation & Restoration H'cap

C. Stone-Walsh, rider of Timeless Soul (GER), trained by Joseph Patrick O'Brien, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount reared twice as the gates opened.

The Raceday Stewards reviewed the start of this race where it appeared that stall 13 in which Verhoyen (GB), ridden by W.J. Lee, was loaded, opened marginally ahead of the rest. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

At the request of the Raceday Stewards, W.J. Lee, rider of Verhoyen (GB), trained by M.C. Grassick, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount struck the stalls as they opened and came away faster than the other horses.

The Raceday Stewards requested a report from Gerard Keane, trainer, as to the apparent improvement in form of Crystal Black, placed first, as compared with its most recent run. The trainer reported that he felt it was a good race the last day and also that a step up in trip would suit his charge. Having considered the report, the Raceday Stewards noted its contents.

226F Keeneland Phoenix Stakes

R.L. Moore, rider of Unquestionable (FR), trained by A.P. O'Brien, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount banged his head on the stalls before they opened and lost a front shoe.

The IHRB Veterinary Officer examined Unquestionable (FR), trained by A.P. O'Brien, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to have pulled its left fore shoe but was otherwise found to be post race normal.

226G QuinnBet H'cap

The IHRB Veterinary Officer examined Desert Haven (GB), trained by Noel Meade, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

226H Sheehy Motors H'cap

W.J. Lee, rider of Gabriella's Spirit, trained by K.J. Condon, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount fly leapt from the stalls and was slowly away.
