B. Browne, rider of Aughburren Bridge trained by Eoghan O'Grady, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount held her breath.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Mister Butler, trained by R.P. Burns, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

A. McCurtin, rider of Alma Mahler trained by David Richard Barry, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount lost its action after the third last.

The Stewards interviewed M.P. Fogarty, rider of Definiteadare, concerning his use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned, who accepted that he was in breach of the rule and apologised for his actions. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Stewards were satisfied that M.P. Fogarty was in breach of Regulation 10.3.I, time to respond. Having considered M.P. Fogarty's record in this regard the Stewards suspended M.P. Fogarty for four racedays.

The Stewards interviewed L. Quinlan, rider of Something Sweet, concerning his use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who accepted that he was in breach of the rule and apologised for his actions. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Stewards were satisfied that L. Quinlan was in breach of Regulation 10.3.g, excessive frequency, and I, time to respond. Having considered L. Quinlan's record in this regard the Stewards suspended L. Quinlan for four racedays.

J.P. O'Sullivan, rider of Stoughan Cross trained by Thomas Gibney, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount never travelled.
