The Raceday Stewards reviewed an incident in the closing stages involving Greenway Machine, ridden by Cian Cullinan, placed first, and Ennemi Public (FR), ridden by J.C. The Raceday Stewards reviewed a false start of this race where D. King rider of Roman Parish, and K.M. Donoghue rider of Tech Talk, were both unseated. Having viewed the recording of the incident and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that the false start was caused by Tuff Days who had charged the tape despite the riders best efforts and that the unseating of both riders happened as a consequence through no fault of any individual.

The Raceday Stewards interviewed J.C. Gainford, rider of Ennemi Public (FR), concerning his use of the whip at the start of this race and in the closing stages. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that J.C.
