The Stewards fined the following trainer in respect of their non-runner:-

Mrs. C. O'Leary, trainer of Nibiru (Withdrawn by trainer as declared rider injured) - €200

The Stewards authorised the following substitutions of riders at this meeting:

D.P. McDonogh replaced S.T. McCullagh on Nightcliff, trained by Joseph Patrick O'Brien (Race 3)(Intended mount a non runner)

301A Irish Stallion Farms EBF M'dn

D.P. McDonogh, rider of Emit, trained by Joseph Patrick O'Brien, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount lugged left inside the final furlong.

301B Fitzgerald's Woodlands House Hotel H'cap

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Passionate, trained by Andrew Slattery, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

301C Coolmore Sioux Nation Concorde Stakes

D. Egan, rider of Mammas Girl (GB), trained by Adrian Murray, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was very slowly away from the stalls and almost refused to race.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Follow Me (FR), trained by Ross O'Sullivan, at the request of the trainer and reported the animal to be post race normal.

301E Horse & Jockey Hotel H'dle

The Raceday Stewards interviewed Mr. P.W. Mullins, Authorised Representative for W.P. Mullins, trainer of Winter Fog and B. Hayes rider, after it appeared that Winter Fog crossed the parade ring after being mounted. Evidence was heard from B. Hayes,who stated that his mount had passed the parade ring exit after the bell had gone, that he was the last rider to mount and that as his mount can be difficult, he did not want to get left behind. Mr. P.W. Mullins did not have anything further to offer when asked. Having considered all the evidence, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that B. Hayes was in breach of Regulation 16 and having considered his record (first offence under R16), they fined him €100 on this occasion. Furthermore, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that W.P. Mullins was in breach of Regulatiion 16 and having considered his record (second offence under R16), they fined him €200 on this occasion through his Authorised Representative.

301F Racing TV H'cap H'dle

D.E. Mullins, rider of Vischio, trained by R.Donohoe, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount mount was slowly away, made a mistake at the second hurdle after which the saddle slipped and he subsequently pulled up.

301G O'Dwyer Steel Dundrum Novice S'chase

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined A Penny A Hundred (FR), trained by W.P. Mullins, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

P. Townend, rider of A Penny A Hundred (FR), trained by W.P. Mullins, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount made a noise in running and was pulled up.
