028A Horse & Jockey Beginners S'chase

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Tullyhill (FR), trained by W.P. Mullins, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to have a superficial wound on its medial right hind but was otherwise post race normal.

P. Townend, rider of Tullyhill (FR), trained by W.P. Mullins, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount never travelled.

028B Racing Again February 20th H'cap S'chase

The Raceday Stewards granted a request from John Patrick Ryan, trainer of Andyourbirdcansing, for an additional ten minutes to present his horses for identification by an IHRB Official in accordance with the provisions of Rule 90..

The following Raceday Stewards acted on behalf of the Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board at this race meeting: Mr. N.P. Lambert (Chairman), Mr. Peter Curling, Mrs. Frankie Ward, Mr. L. Aspell.

Following a request from broadcasters, the Raceday Stewards granted permission for a five minute delay to this races one to six.

Owing to a medical emergency, the Raceday Stewards abandoned Races 3,4,5,6 and 7 using their powers under Rule 10(i).
