Lawless stated that his mount received a slight bump and was of the opinion that the incident had not cost him a better finishing position. Mr. D. Kiely stated that his mount hung slightly to his right when laying down his challenge and put this down to the animals inexperience. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards made no alteration to the Judge's placings and took no further action.

Kiely, placed second and Mythical Hero, ridden by Mr. P.W. Mullins, placed third, where it appeared that interference had occurred. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Mr. P.W. Mullins stated that the racing line in front of him closed, but felt he was not travelling well enough to hold his position at the time and was also of the view that it had not affected his over all finishing position. Mr. B. O'Neill stated that his mount ran very green in the closing stages and despite his best efforts, his mount hung slightly right. Mr. D. Kiely was of the opinion that his mount kept a straight line at this point in the race. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards made no alteration to the Judge's placings and took no further action.

Evidence was heard from the rider concerned, who accepted that he had used his whip excessively and apologised for his actions. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were satisfied that Mr. J.J. Walsh was in breach of Regulation 10.3(g)(frequency) and having considered his record they suspended him for four racedays.
385F Punchestown (C&G) P-To-P INH Flat RaceThe Stewards interviewed Mr. N.J. Redmond, rider of Time Gents, concerning his use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned, who accepted that he had used his whip excessively and with force having viewed photographic evidence from the I.H.R.B Veterinary Officer. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were satisfied that the rider was in breach of both Regulation 10.3(f)force) and Regulation 103(g)(frequency). Having taken his previous record in this regard into account, the Stewards suspended Mr. N.J. Redmond for five racedays.
Mr B. O'Neill, rider of Big Shanghai trained by Paul Nolan, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount ran very free.

Evidence was heard from the rider concerned, who accepted that he had used his whip without allowing his mount at least three strides to respond. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were satisfied that Mr. Pat Taaffe was in breach of Regulation 10.3(i)(time to respond) and having considered his record they cautioned him on this occasion.
385H Punchestown (C&G) P-To-P INH Flat RaceThe Stewards interviewed Mr. P. Rogan, rider of Kaftan Style (GB), concerning his use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned, who accepted that he had used his whip when out of contention and apologised for his actions. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were satisfied that the rider was in breach of Regulation 10.3(b)(chance of winning or being placed clearly gone). Having taken his previous record in this regard into account, the Stewards suspended Mr. P. Rogan for two racedays.

Evidence was heard from the rider concerned , who accepted that he had used his whip excessively and apologised for his actions. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were satisfied that Mr. S. Connor was in breach of Regulation 10.3(g)(frequency) and having considered his record they cautioned him on this occasion.
