S.F. O'Keeffe, rider of Hoganville trained by Paul Nolan, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount hung left throughout.
050B Adare Manor Opportunity H'cap H'dleT.N. Brett, rider of Oscer Romero trained by P.J. Rothwell, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his saddle slipped.
The Stewards interviewed J.C. Canavan, rider of Rossmore's Pride, concerning his use of the whip in the latter stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who acknowledged that he had used his whip with his arm above shoulder height. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Stewards found the rider in breach of Reg.10.3.(h)(arm above shoulder) and having taken his record into account cautioned him on this occasion.
050D Bluegrass Horse Feeds Rated Novice S'chD.E.Fitzgerald, trainer of Hesamanofhisword, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his charge lost a left fore shoe in this race.
050E Bluegrass Horse Feeds S'chaseThe Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer reported to the Stewards that Tout Est Permis (FR) trained by Noel Meade was found to have blood at both nostrils post race, possibly as a result of his fall.
050G Bluegrass Horse Feeds (M) INH Flat RaceThe Stewards interviewed Mr J.J. O'Neill, rider of The Mean Queen, concerning his use of the whip in the latter stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who acknowledged that he had been excessively frequent with his use of the whip. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Stewards found the rider in breach of Reg.10.3(g)(frequency) and having taken his record into account suspended him for four race days.
