270B KPMG Champions Juveniles StakesThe Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident shortly after leaving the stalls involving Delacroix, ridden by R.L. Moore, placed second, and Green Impact, ridden by S. Foley, placed first, where it appeared there was contact between the two. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. R. L. Moore stated that there was very minor contact as the horse inside moved out. S. Foley stated that he moved out off heels. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.
270E Tonybet Solonaway StakesThe Raceday Stewards interviewed James Doyle, rider of Poker Face, concerning his use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who accepted that he was in breach of the regulation owing to a misjudgement on his part and apologised for his actions. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that James Doyle was in breach of Regulation 10.3.g (excessive frequency) and having considered his record in this regard (first offence) the Raceday Stewards suspended James Doyle for two racedays.
Tom Marquand, rider of Maljoom, trained by William Haggas (in GB), reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount was slowly away.
270H Ir.Stal.Farms EBF Sovereign Path H'capThe Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Cerulean Bay, trained by David O'Meara (in GB), at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be lame on its right hind.
C.D. Hayes, rider of Gleneagle Bay, trained by Jack W. Davison, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount ran green in the straight.
270J HKJC World Pool Autumn Fillies H'capH.J. Horgan, rider of Karsavina (GB), trained by Joseph Patrick O'Brien, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount ran up on heels shortly after the start.
The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Quadruple (GB), trained by G.M.Lyons, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.
