The Stewards authorised the following substitutions of riders at this meeting:

P. Hanlon replaced C. Owens on Warm In Gorey, trained by P.J. Rothwell (Race 7)(unwell)
S. Ewing replaced K.C. Sexton on Gold Haven, trained by Paul W. Flynn (Race 5)(stood down)
S. Ewing replaced K.C. Sexton on Lucky Policy, trained by Paul W. Flynn (Race 6)(stood down)

245A Bordeaux Racecourse 3-Y-O M'dn H'dle

At the request of the Raceday Stewards, Sam Ewing, rider of Messerschmitt, trained by Noel Meade, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount jinked on approach to the first hurdle down the back which resulted in him getting unseated before the hurdle. Having viewed a recording of the incident, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

The Raceday Stewards reviewed an incident at the second last hurdle involving Sinbad My Dad, ridden by S.D. Torrens, placed sixth, Teriferma (GB), ridden by J.J. Slevin, placed first, and Game Phoenix, ridden by D.J. O'Keeffe, placed second, where it appeared it got tight for Sinbad My Dad on the landing side of the hurdle. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

The Raceday Stewards reviewed an incident at the last hurdle involving Teriferma (GB), ridden by J.J. Slevin, placed first, and Game Phoenix, ridden by D.J. O'Keeffe, placed second, where it appeared Teriferma went slightly right on approaching the hurdle causing contact between the two horses. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

245B GMIB H'cap H'dle

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Fascile Mode, trained by Thomas Mullins, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to have a superficial wound to its left fore coronary band and also lost his left fore shoe.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Icare Desbois (FR), trained by W.P. Mullins, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

P. Townend, rider of Icare Desbois (FR), trained by W.P. Mullins, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung right.

245C Irish Stallion Farms EBF Novice H'dle

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Major Barry, trained by John E. & Thomas Kiely, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

245E Jeremy O'Neill Memorial H'cap S'chase

D.J. O'Keeffe, rider of Arthor, trained by James Joseph Mangan, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount made a bad mistake at the fifth last and was subsequently pulled up.

245F Thorn Plant Hire H'cap S'chase

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Harvey's Quay, trained by E. J. O'Grady, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be slightly lame on its left fore post race.

245G Irish Examiner H'cap S'chase

Sam Ewing, rider of Ebasari, trained by Gordon Elliott, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was struck into rounding the bottom bend.

The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident rounding the bottom bend involving Good As Hell, ridden by Niall Moore, unseated rider, Dutch Schultz (GB), ridden by C. Stone-Walsh, placed first, and Ebasari, ridden by Sam Ewing, pulled up where it appeared Good As Hell stumbled. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Sam Ewing stated that he was keeping his racing line when he felt contact from behind. C. Stone-Walsh stated that he did not contribute to the incident. Niall Moore stated that his mount was running keen on approaching the bend and clipped a heel independently. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards did not apportion blame to any rider and were satisfied no further action was warranted.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Ebasari, trained by Gordon Elliott, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

245H Killarney Valley INH Flat Race

The Raceday Stewards reviewed an incident one furlong from the finish involving Sporting Glance (FR), ridden by Mr R. James, placed fourth, Steppingstone (FR), ridden by Mr P.W. Mullins, placed third, and Walk On The Beach, ridden by Mr J.L. Gleeson, placed first, where it appeared there was slight contact between horses. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.
