M.P. O'Connor, rider of Cooltubrid Hope, trained by Diarmuid P. Ryan, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount never travelled.

R.A. Doyle, rider of Thatsjessie, trained by Thomas Cooper, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount never travelled.

118B Cronin Electrical M'dn Hdle

The Raceday Stewards enquired into possible interference close to the line involving Pahlavi, ridden by J.S. McGarvey, placed third, Thunder, ridden by D.E. Mullins, placed fifth, and Mousey Brown, ridden by P.J. O'Hanlon placed fourth, where it appeared interference may have occurred. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. P.J.O' Hanlon stated that he was staying on when he received pressure from both sides. J. S. McGarvey stated that he felt he kept a straight line on the run in. D. E. Mullins stated that after receiving a bump at the last hurdle he was returning to his racing line when he felt pressure from his right close to the line. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards made no alterations to the judges placings and took no further action.

118C Executive Helicopters Luachra Nov. H'dle

M.P. O'Connor, rider of Connors Cross, trained by James Andrew Fahey, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung badly right.

118D M.D. O'Shea & Sons H'cap H'dle

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Flying Scotsman, trained by Joseph Patrick O'Brien, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported that other than a superficial wound to his left hind stifle the animal was post race normal.

118F BoyleSports H'cap S'chase

The Raceday Stewards fined Eugene M. O'Sullivan, trainer €65 for fitting cheek pieces to Carnet De Stage which had not been declared and ordered their removal.

The Raceday Stewards interviewed S.D. Torrens, rider of Stealthy Tom, concerning his use of the whip in closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. S. D. Torrens accepted he was in breach and apologised for his actions. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Raceday Stewards found S. D. Torrens in breach of R.10.3(g)(Frequency) and having considered his record in this regard they suspended him for one raceday.

The Raceday Stewards interviewed P.M. O'Brien, rider of Broken Ice, concerning his use of the whip in closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. P. M. O'Brien accepted he was in breach and apologised for his actions. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Raceday Stewards found P. M. O'Brien in breach of R.10.3(g) (Frequency) and having considered his record in this regard they cautioned him on this occasion.

118G Michael Linehan Heart Safe Hunters S'ch

The Raceday Stewards enquired into possible interference in the closing stages involving Annamix (FR), ridden by Mr P.W. Mullins, placed first, and Nice To Meet, ridden by Mr T. Power Roche, placed second, where it appeared they may have come close on the run in. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Mr. T. Power Roche stated that his mount was lugging right on the run in. Mr. P. W. Mullins stated that the runner up was leaning on him before the last and on the run in. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards made no alterations to the judges placings and took no further action. .

118H Beaufort Golf Ladies Pro/Am Flat Race

Miss A. McGuinness, rider of Lisnamult Lad, trained by John C. McConnell, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that her mount hung left throughout.
