The Stewards fined P.J. Rothwell, trainer, €65 for failing to fit declared cheekpieces to Shanklys Dawn, prior to entering the parade ring.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Erica's Joy, trained by W.P. Mullins, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be (report to follow).

128G Mullingar H'cap H'dle

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Hopefully, trained by W.P. Mullins, at the request of the Stewards and reported that the animal had a few skin scrapes on both front legs but was otherwise post race normal.

P. Townend, rider of Hopefully trained by W.P. Mullins, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount ran keen for the first mile, didn't jump well and got tired.

J.J. Slevin, rider of Grey Girly (FR) trained by S.R.B. Crawford, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his saddle slipped.
