174C Bet Tote On The Galway Races M'dn H'dleThe Stewards fined Peter Fahey, trainer, €65 for fitting undeclared head gear to Enjoy D'allen (FR), prior to entering the parade ring which were subsequently removed.
174D Play The Tote Trifecta H'cap H'dleThe Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer reported to the Stewards that Dawn Raider trained by Brian Francis Cawley was found to have blood on both nostrils post race.
P.J. Cawley, rider of Dawn Raider trained by Brian Francis Cawley, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount burst.
174E The Tote Galway Plate (H'cap S'chase)D.N. Russell, rider of The Storyteller trained by Gordon Elliott, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount made mistakes at the first three fences and was pulled up thereafter.
Rachael Blackmore, rider of Spyglass Hill trained by Henry de Bromhead, reported to the Clerk of Scales that her mount made a mistake jumping the second past the stands and was pulled up shortly afterwards.
The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer reported to the Stewards that The Big Lense trained by Gordon Elliott was found to have blood on both nostrils post race possibly as a result of falling.
174F Tote Sponsor Of The Galway Races Hcp SchThe Stewards interviewed C.J. Orr, rider of Smithscorner, concerning his use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Stewards were satisfied that the rider was in breach of both Regulation 10.3(f) force and Regulation 10.3(g) (frequency). Having taken his previous record in this regard into account, the Stewards suspended C.J. Orr for 8 racedays.
D.J. O'Keeffe, rider of Paris Texas (FR) trained by Padraig Roche, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount made a mistake and pulled up.
174G Ir Stallion Farms EBF INH (M) Flat RaceThe Stewards enquired into possible interference in the closing stages involving More Info, ridden by Mr J. Hogan, placed third and Sheer Liss, ridden by Mr M.J.M. O'Sullivan, placed fourth, where it appeared Sheer Lass suffered interference. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were satisfied that More Info had caused interference to Sheer Liss and in doing so had improved it's finishing position. The Stewards therefore reversed the Judge's placings of the third and fourth placed horses and took no further action.

At the request of the Stewards, Mr J. Dunne, rider of Bright Lad, trained by F.Costello, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount stumbled independently and unseated him.
The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Zuma Rock, trained by W.P. Mullins, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.
