The Raceday Stewards reviewed an incident early in the straight involving Midnight Stagger, ridden by G.P. Halpin, unplaced, and Senior Montecristo (GB), ridden by L.F. Roche, placed sixth, where it appeared Senior Montecristo was carried right by a drifting Midnight Stagger. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

W.J. Lee, rider of Ze Do Asfalto, trained by Adrian Murray, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount drifted right in the straight.

C.D. Hayes, rider of Handmedownmybible, trained by Patrick Magee, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that he had to switch off heels.

G.P. Halpin, rider of Midnight Stagger, trained by Jack W. Davison, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount rolled around in the straight.

J.A. Powell, rider of Antoine De Paris, trained by Noel Meade, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount ran short of room after a furlong.

R. Whearty, rider of Elegante Lady, trained by Adrian Murray, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount ran keen and clipped a heel.

W.J. Lee, rider of Lunigiana, trained by W. McCreery, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was slowly away from the stalls.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Miss Paloma (GB), trained by Henry de Bromhead, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

The Raceday Stewards granted a request from Conor O'Dywer, trainer of Barretstown, for an additional ten minutes to present his charge for identification by an IHRB Official as required under Rule 90(i).

The Raceday Stewards granted a request from P.G. Fahey, trainer of Omakase, for an additional ten minutes to present his charge for identification by an IHRB Official as required under Rule 90(i). As Omakase was not presented on time he was withdrawn by the Raceday Stewards.
