The Raceday Stewards reviewed an incident approximately two furlongs out involving Morning Vietnam (GB), ridden by C.T. Keane, and Some Like It Hot, ridden by S. Foley, where it appeared Some Like It Hot briefly shifted onto the path of Morning Vietnan. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.
Siobhan Rutledge, rider of Gangsta Man, trained by Kevin Michael Smith, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that her mount ran green.

The Raceday Stewards received a report from Ms. J. Taylor, Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer, that she was not satisfied to positively confirm the identity of Making A Move, trained by John M.Burke, in accordance with Rule 90 (iii). Evidence was heard from the trainer concerned who explained the history of his charge. Having considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards ordered the withdrawal of Making A Move and referred the matter to a Senior Racing Official in accordance with the provisions of Rule 90.
D. McMonagle, rider of Gleneagle Bay, trained by Joseph Patrick O'Brien, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was a bit green.
D.P. McDonogh, rider of Perfect Curves, trained by Gordon Elliott, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount got upset in the stalls.

062E1 12th July Ladies Day At Dundalk H'cap
Adam Caffrey, rider of Coviglia, trained by H.D. McGuigan, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount burst.
The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer reported to the Raceday Stewards that Coviglia trained by H.D. McGuigan was found to have blood at both nostrils post race.
D.P. McDonogh, rider of Roman Palace, trained by Luke Comer, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was carried left and hampered on the first turn.
J.A. Heffernan, rider of Wayne R Walker (GB), trained by Donal Kinsella, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount got tight for room after three furlongs.
G.M. Ryan, rider of Un Bacio Ancora, trained by P.J.F. Murphy, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount jumped slowly.
The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident at the first turn involving International Lady, ridden by W. Joyce, Whatharm, ridden by A.C. Persse, Roman Palace, ridden by D.P. McDonogh, Wayne R Walker (GB), ridden by J.A. Heffernan, Un Bacio Ancora, ridden by G.M. Ryan, and Cage Rattler, ridden by S.D. Bowen where it appeared horses got tight for room on the inner. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. W. Joyce stated that he was drawn 12, he jumped and stayed wide when Cage Rattler on his inner pushed onto him. A.C. Persse stated that he took a while to get into position, his horse was a bit lit up by his cheek pieces but the incident had no affect on him. D.P. McDonogh stated that they all got tight at the first turn, he got a bump from behind and got hampered as there were four horses where there should have been three. J.A. Heffernan stated that he was struggling to hold his position when he got pressure from his outside. G.M. Ryan stated that Wayne R Walker (GB) got badly hampered in front of him and he took a serious check. S.D. Bowen stated that he was drawn wide, his mount raced keenly, he slotted in to settle but caused no interference. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards did not apportion blame to any rider and took no further action. Mrs. Siobhan Keegan, Acting Steward, did not attend this enquiry.
062E2 12th July Ladies Day At Dundalk H'cap
A.J. Slattery, rider of Alfarida, trained by Andrew Slattery, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount finished lame.
Siobhan Rutledge, rider of Double Martini, trained by John C. McConnell, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that her mount was slowly into stride.
The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident inside the final furlong involving Maid To Shine, ridden by D.P. McDonogh, Super Cub (GB), ridden by J.M. Sheridan, Cousin Shay (GB), ridden by D.W. O'Connor, Suityourselfboss, ridden by M.W Hassett, Alfarida, ridden by A.J. Slattery, and Blue Wood, ridden by J.J.G. Ryan where it appeared Alfarida had to check. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. D.P. McDonogh stated that his filly was lugging in and the interference had happened when his filly went for the gate. J.M. Sheridan stated that he got a minor bump but kept straight. D.W. O'Connor stated that he idled when he hit the front, leaned in after a crack of the whip and changed direction. M.W. Hassett stated that there was a gap in front which he went for, as he was passing out Alfarida, the horse on his inside came out. A.J. Slattery stated that he jumped well, sat fourth when the horse in front edged left. J.J.G. Ryan stated that he was mid division, he joined Alfarida, he kept his horse in a straight line, heard a shout and did the best he could to avoid causing interference. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards did not apportion blame to any rider and took no further action. Mrs. Siobhan Keegan, Acting Steward, did not attend this enquiry.
