McAteer, placed second, and The Bear Trap, ridden by N.M. Crosse, placed first, where it appeared interference may have occurred. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. N.M. Crosse stated that his mount leaned into the horse on his left in the closing stages. L.T. McAteer stated that the two horses came together for half a stride which knocked his mount off balance, however he felt his mount had run his race, that he was running on empty and was not sure that this had affected his finishing position. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards made no alteration to the Judge's placings and were satisfied that no further action was warranted.
The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Ocean Diamond, trained by Daniel James Murphy, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be clinically normal post race.
J.S. Dalton, rider of Prince Of Love, trained by Michael J. Browne, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount got a bump coming around the home bend. Having viewed the recording of the race, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

375D1 Christmas Party Nights Apprentice H'capThe Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident in the home straight involving Albion Power, ridden by P. McGettigan, unplaced, Mary Bagot, ridden by J. Cleary, unplaced and Suityourselfboss, ridden by M.W Hassett, unplaced, where it appeared interference may have occurred. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. P. McGettigan stated that he felt pressure from the right causing his mount to drift left. J. Cleary stated that he felt pressure from the outside and had to sit for a stride. M.W Hassett stated that his mount drifted left and that he shortened his right rein to straighten his mount back up. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards found M.W Hassett was in breach of Rule 214, in that he had ridden carelessly, and having considered his record (third offence), the Raceday Stewards suspended him for eight racedays.
J. Cleary, rider of Mary Bagot, trained by M. Halford & T. Collins, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount got a squeeze in the home straight.

C. Geerdharry, rider of Cousin Shay (GB), trained by Natalia Lupini, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung badly left for the first three furlongs.
The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident shortly after the start involving Still She Blooms (GB), ridden by J. Kearney, placed fifth, Cousin Shay (GB), ridden by C. Geerdharry, unplaced, and Atbay, ridden by J. Pietropaolo, unplaced, where it appeared C. Geerdharry the rider of Cousin Shay had to check. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. J. Kearney stated that his mount hung badly left for the first three furlongs despite his best efforts to straighten. C. Geerdharry stated that his mount broke slow, got tight for room and had to take a check. J. Pietropaolo stated that his mount broke sharply, ran keen and got in tight for a few strides before he was able to regain control. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.
J. Kearney, rider of Still She Blooms (GB), trained by Patrick Martin, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung badly left for the first three furlongs.
The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident turning into the home straight involving Notforalongtime (GB), ridden by Nicola Burns, unplaced, and Tara Power, ridden by K.G. Kennedy, unplaced where it appeared Notforalongtime runs out of room. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Nicola Burns stated that she ran out of room so she took a pull. K.G. Kennedy stated that his mount never travelled and when horses moved to the stand side his mount was pushed over and it got tight. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted and asked K.G. Kennedy to ride with more awareness in the future.
The Raceday Stewards interviewed C.D. Fahy, rider of Turbo Sprint, concerning his use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned, who accepted that he was in breach of the whip regulation and apologised for his actions. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards found C.D. Fahy, in breach of R.10.3 (g) (frequency) and having considered his record (first offence), they suspended him for three racedays.
The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer reported to the Raceday Stewards that Atbay trained by G.A. Kingston was found to be lame post race.

Adam Caffrey stated that he felt pressure from the right. J.A. Powell stated that he felt pressure and had to take a check. J. Pietropaolo stated that he was looking for a gap. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards found J. Pietropaolo was in breach of Rule 214, in that he had ridden carelessly and having considered his record (second offence), the Raceday Stewards suspended him for four racedays.
Adam Caffrey, rider of I'm Spartacus, trained by Adrian McGuinness, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was hampered at the first bend and hung right in the last furlong. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.
J.A. Powell, rider of Hasiyna, trained by John C. McConnell, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount ran short of room at the first bend. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.
