The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Shiota, trained by Joseph G. Murphy, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.
D.P. McDonogh, rider of Viking Invasion, trained by Joseph Patrick O'Brien, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount suffered interference after a furlong and a half.
The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident approximately one and half furlongs after the start involving Viking Invasion, ridden by D.P. McDonogh, unplaced, Dignam, ridden by D. McMonagle, placed fifth, Iron Fist, ridden by K.G. Kennedy, unplaced, Lady In Paris (GB), ridden by S. Foley, placed third, and Sujet (GB), ridden by C.D. Hayes, placed first, where it appeared Iron Fist clipped a heel. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. D. P. McDonogh stated that he ran up on heels when the horse in front of him clipped a heel. D. McMonagle stated that things got rough because the horse on the inside was running very keen. K. G. Kennedy stated that his mount was keen and he had to take a check when he received pressure from his outside. S. Foley stated that his mount was hit from behind causing it to turn out and come off the rail. C. D. Hayes stated that he maintained his line but heard a shout and received a bump from his inside. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that the incident was caused by Iron Fist running very free and they took no further action other than to advise C. D. Hayes to allow extra room when a rider appears to be in difficulty.
175B Dubai Duty Free Derby Festival H'capC.D. Hayes, rider of Coeur D'or, trained by D. K. Weld, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was badly hampered from the inside two furlongs down.
J.M. Sheridan, rider of Chazzesmee, trained by J.A.Stack, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that he had to take a check at the furlong pole.
D. McMonagle, rider of Love Billy Boy, trained by Gerard O'Leary, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that he got no run.
The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident in the closing stages of this race involving Coeur D'or, ridden by C.D. Hayes, placed fifth, State Actor, ridden by W. J. Lee, placed third, and Retracement, ridden by B.M. Coen, unplaced, where it appeared State Actor made a gap as it edged out. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. C. D. Hayes stated that he received pressure from his inside and had to take back. W. J. Lee stated that he went to edge out but heard a shout so he waited and felt he was clear when he made his move. B. M. Coen stated that his race was run and he maintained his line. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.
The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident in the closing stages of this race involving Chazzesmee, ridden by J.M. Sheridan, unplaced, and Slieve Binnian, ridden by L.T. McAteer, placed first, where it appeared Chazzesmee had to check momentarily. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. J. M. Sheridan stated that his race was run when he took a precautionary check. L. T. McAteer stated that his mount edged right and he straightened it as quickly as possible. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted
175C Jebel Ali Racecourse & Stables Dash StksThe Raceday Stewards reviewed an incident as the runners left the stalls involving Navassa Island, ridden by R.P. Whelan, unplaced, Vespertilio (FR), ridden by D. McMonagle, placed first, Seattle (FR), ridden by R.L. Moore, unplaced, and Songhai, ridden by W.M. Lordan, placed sixth, where it appeared Songhai went left from the gates causing interference to the horses drawn outside her. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.
J.A. Heffernan, rider of Tango Flare, trained by Patrick T. Foley, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount had no luck in running.

B.M. Coen, rider of The Highway Rat, trained by A. Oliver, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount momentarily stood in the stalls when they opened.

R. Whearty, rider of Soaring Monarch, trained by James M. Barrett, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that he had to take a check after the two furlong pole.
The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident approximately two furlongs down involving Harbour Wind, ridden by S. Coen, unplaced, Star Harbour, ridden by Adam Caffrey, unplaced, Lope De Lilas, ridden by C.T. Keane, unplaced, Soaring Monarch, ridden by R. Whearty, unplaced, Zoffman, ridden by C.D. Hayes, placed fourth, and Lord Church, ridden by W.M. Lordan, unplaced, where it appeared several horses suffered interference. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. S. Coen stated that he received a bump from his inside and then landed back on the horses behind him. Adam Caffrey stated that his mount received a bump from the inside on its hind quarters. C. T. Keane stated that he received pressure from his inside when the horse in front dropped back on him. R. Whearty stated that he received pressure from both sides. C. D. Hayes stated that the horses on his outer got tangled up in each other but he did not cause any interference. W. M. Lordan stated that he did not cause any interference. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that both C. D. Hayes and Adam Caffrey, were in breach of Rule 214 in that they had ridden carelessly. Having considered C. D. Hayes' record in this regard (second offence) the Raceday Stewards suspended C. D. Hayes for four racedays. Having considered Adam Caffrey's record in this regard (first offence) the Raceday Stewards suspended Adam Caffrey for two racedays.
The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident in the closing stages of this race involving Fleetfoot, ridden by D.P. McDonogh, placed first, Mo Ghille Mar, ridden by S. Foley, placed sixth, and Beset (GB), ridden by D. McMonagle, placed third, where it appeared Mo Ghille Mar had to check slightly. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. D. P. McDonogh stated that he did not change his line and caused no interference. S. Foley stated that his race was run and he was dropping out when he received a little pressure. D. McMonagle stated that he had committed and was in the gap when the horse in front shifted slightly. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.
175H GAIN Summer (Fillies) H'capThe Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Sweet Chariot, trained by A.P.O'Brien, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.
R.P. Cleary, rider of Enchanted Garden, trained by Anthony Mullins, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung right throughout.

175J Dubai Duty Free Irish EBF Stayers H'capPrior to racing the Raceday Stewards granted a request from the Clerk of the Course to amend the distance of this race to 2m and 76yds due to operational reasons.
At the request of the Raceday Stewards, W.M. Lordan, rider of Pinot Gris, trained by Gavin Cromwell, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount was having his first run of the year, never travelled and may not have faced the blinkers.
