The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Sunglow, trained by P. Twomey, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

R.L. Moore, rider of Mountain Bear, trained by A.P.O'Brien, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was very slowly away.
204D Jebel Ali Racecourse Anglesey StakesThe Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Cowardofthecounty, trained by Joseph Patrick O'Brien, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.
The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident leaving the stalls involving No Return, ridden by R.P. Whelan, unplaced, Babouche (GB), ridden by C.T. Keane, placed first, California Dreamer (GB), ridden by D. Egan, placed third, and Cowardofthecounty, ridden by D. McMonagle, unplaced, where it appeared Babouche received contact from both sides. R. P. Whelan stated that his mount went right and he tried to pull it back as best he could. C. T. Keane stated that he received contact from both sides. D. Egan stated that he received pressure from his left and his mount lost a hind shoe. D. McMonagle stated that he received pressure and caught a heel causing his mount to be slowly into stride. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.
D. McMonagle, rider of Cowardofthecounty, trained by Joseph Patrick O'Brien, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was sandwiched leaving the gates.
D. Egan, rider of California Dreamer (GB), trained by Adrian Murray, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount lost a hind shoe in running.
