The Appeals Body will meet on Tuesday, 5th September 2017 at 11am at the Turf Club, The Curragh, Co Kildare, to review the leniency of the sanction imposed on Davy Russell by the Referrals Committee on 26th August 2017, for a breach of Rule 272(i) following an incident which occurred prior to the start of the Flynn Hotel Group Mares Handicap Hurdle at Tramore on 18th August 2017.
