The Turf Club has concluded its investigation into the matter referred by the Stewards at Cork on 3rd November 2013 following the running of the Paddy Power We Pay Up To €1 million On Winning Bets EBF Novice Steeplechase.  The matter is now closed and no further action is necessary as there was no breach of rules.
