The Stewards informed Ross O'Sullivan, trainer, that Summer Snow, would have to be recertified before being declared to run from stalls again.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Kodi Noir, trained by Adrian Murray, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal. Samples were taken for analysis.

At the request of the Stewards, R.P. Whelan, rider of Reinforce, trained by John Stephen O'Donoghue, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount was feeling the ground when let down to race.

J.A. Heffernan, rider of Kodi Noir trained by Adrian Murray, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that something was amiss with his mount, which he was unable to explain.

B.M. Coen, rider of Lasmuigh (GB) trained by J.P. Murtagh, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung right off the bridle.

At the request of the Stewards, C.T. Keane, rider of Meggy Moo, trained by Noel Meade, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount was outpaced from halfway.

The Stewards requested a report from Kevin Thomas Coleman, trainer, as to the apparent improvement in form of Palace Gardens, placed first, as compared with its recent form. The trainer reported that being ridden up with the pace and getting her own way along with the application of first time blinkers, in his opinion contributed to the improved performance. Having considered the evidence, the Stewards noted the content of the report.

N.M. Crosse, rider of Ferrybank (GB) trained by T.M. Walsh, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount stood in the starting stalls.

J.A. Powell, rider of Bayou Belle trained by Jarlath P.Fahey, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount never travelled during this race.

D. McMonagle, rider of Talking Tough trained by S.M.Duffy, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount leaned left under pressure.

C.J. MacRedmond, rider of Cometh The Man trained by Adrian McGuinness, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount took a check after 50 yards.
