The Stewards fined the following trainer in respect of their non-runner:-

Ciaran Murphy, trainer of Lizzy's Filly (lame) - Late Withdrawal €200

The Stewards authorised the following substitutions of riders at this meeting:

D. McMonagle rode Ceapach Rua (FR) (reserve) trained by Denis Gerard Hogan (Race 3)
G.M. Ryan rode Neverfindanother U (reserve) trained by Thomas Gibney (Race 6)

355B Irish Stallion Farms EBF (Fillies) M'dn

D.W. O'Connor, rider of The Stray Sod trained by John C. McConnell, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung right up the straight.

355C William Hill Pick Your Places H'cap

The Raceday Stewards received a report from the Clerk of the Scales, Mr. P.L. Malone, that L.T. McAteer, rider of Juno Beach, had presented himself to weigh out at 2lbs overweight which was not declared at declaration time. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned, who accepted that he had presented himself overweight and stated that owing to traffic delays he did not have time to loose the excess weight on his arrival at the track. Having considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that L.T. McAteer was in breach of rule 198(vii) and having considered his record they issued a fine of €150. Furthermore, the Raceday Stewards allowed L.T. McAteer to fulfill his engagement having consulted with the trainers representative.

Amy Jo Hayes, rider of Hot Bell (GB) trained by Andrew Slattery, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that her mount got upset in the stalls.

C.D. Hayes, rider of Poet's Pride (GB) trained by David Marnane, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount took a precautionary check inside the furlong pole.

355D1 Joe Wall 75th Birthday Apprentice H'cap

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Gamigin, trained by Noel C. Kelly, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal. Samples were taken for analysis.

D. McMonagle, rider of Gamigin trained by Noel C. Kelly, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount did not handle the surface.

Adam Caffrey, rider of Clarinbridge trained by Noel C. Kelly, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount did not stay the trip.

D. McMonagle, rider of Wajaaha trained by C.Byrnes, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was slowly away.

R. Whearty, rider of Innamorare trained by Gavin Cromwell, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount ran on to heels in the home straight.

J. Coen, rider of Riverina Charm trained by Joseph Patrick O'Brien, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung slightly left up the straight.

N.M. Crosse, rider of Try Hard (GB) trained by Luke Comer, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount leaned right throughout.

D. McMonagle, rider of Selador trained by Joseph Patrick O'Brien, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung left in the straight.

355F Graeme Woods Memorial H'cap

J.J.G. Ryan, rider of Sunday Sovereign (GB) trained by James McAuley, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung left in the straight.

355G William Hill Pick Your Places H'cap

The Raceday Stewards requested a report from Matthew J. Smith, trainer of Cozone (GB) placed first, into the apparent improvement in form, compared with its recent run. The trainer reported that Cozone was stiff following his previous run and was given a break to freshen up which he felt may have brought about the apparent improvement in form. Having considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards noted the content of the report.
