The I.H.R.B. Veterinary Officer examined Invictus Machin (FR), trained by Gavin Cromwell, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

370B The Old House, Kill H'cap H'dle

K.M. Donoghue, rider of Routine Excellence trained by Gavin Cromwell, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount lost its action.

Kieran Callaghan, rider of Ballyglass Beauty trained by Liam P. Cusack, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung violently.

The Stewards reviewed an incident in the closing stages involving Rebellious Gale, ridden by P.J. Carberry, Tyre Kicker (FR), ridden by L.P. Dempsey and Ballyglass Beauty, ridden by K. Callaghan where it appeared Rebellious Gale momentarily ran short of room. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Stewards were satisfied that the incident was caused by Ballyglass Beauty hanging and that no further action was warranted.

370C Free Entry On NYE (Mares) Novice H'dle

The I.H.R.B. Veterinary Officer examined La Malmason, trained by Gavin Cromwell, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to have lost its right hind shoe in running but was otherwise found to be post race normal.

370F See You For Free On NYE H'cap S'chase

The Stewards requested a report from Robert Tyner, trainer, as to the apparent improvement in form of Sir Bob, placed first, as compared with its most recent run. Robert Tyner stated that slower ground today coupled with a step up in trip had helped to bring about the apparent improvement in form. Having considered the evidence, the Stewards noted the explanation given.
