The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident in the closing stages involving Glamorously, ridden by S. Foley, placed second, and Veracidad, ridden by M.W Hassett, placed third where it appeared Glamorously received a bump. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. S. Foley stated that his mount was a little unbalanced when she received a bump. M. W. Hassett stated that his mount went left and he probably should have straightened her earlier. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards found M. W. Hassett in breach of Rule 214, in that he had ridden carelessly, and having considered his record in this regard the Raceday Stewards suspended him for four racedays.

J.A. Powell, rider of Excel In Space, trained by Michael Mulvany, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount moved badly.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Si Senior, trained by Patrick Magee, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

R.P. Cleary, rider of Si Senior, trained by Patrick Magee, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung left.

J. Kearney, rider of Sophia Klimt, trained by Patrick Martin, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was slowly away.

The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident in the closing stages involving Admiral Mae, ridden by D.P. McDonogh, placed fifth, Nika Pika, ridden by J. Kearney, placed first, and Not Far To Fall, ridden by C.D. Hayes, placed third, where it appeared Admiral Mae had to check off heels. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. D. P. McDonogh stated that he was not able to fill the gap and took a precautionary check. J. Kearney stated that he had to move out off heels. C. D. Hayes stated that he kept his line and caused no interference. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

D.P. McDonogh, rider of Admiral Mae, trained by Joseph Patrick O'Brien, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that he had to check turning in.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Navy Beach, trained by A.J.Martin, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

The Raceday Stewards reviewed an incident in the closing stages involving Blenheim Lad, ridden by J.A. Powell, placed fifth, and Laudable (GB), ridden by S. Foley, placed fourth, where it appeared Blenheim Lad momentarily ran short of room. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

The Raceday Stewards enquired into possible interference in the closing stages involving Macinamillion, ridden by G.F. Carroll, placed second, and Charlie Darling (FR), ridden by R. Whearty, placed first, where it appeared interference may have occurred. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. G. F. Carroll stated that the two came close together but there was no contact and it made no difference to his finishing position. R. Whearty stated that his mount rolled around but he felt he did all he could to keep it straight. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards were of the opinion that while Charlie Darling had caused minor interference to Macinamillion he did not improve his finishing position as a result of this interference so they made no alteration to the Judge’s placings and took no further action. The Raceday Stewards did however remind both riders to attend an enquiry in the first instance, when required to do so.

S. Foley, rider of Laudable (GB), trained by John Joseph Murphy, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount leaned left under pressure.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Franno, trained by Gerard Keane, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be clinically abnormal post race.

C.D. Hayes, rider of Pale Moonlight, trained by D. K. Weld, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount jumped slowly.

C.J. MacRedmond, rider of Annecherie, trained by Ms. Sheila Lavery, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount lugged slightly left in the straight.

The Raceday Stewards received a report from Ms. E. Costello, Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer, that Grey Daze trained by Adrian Murray was found to be a gelding and not a colt as shown on the passport presented. Having considered the report, the Raceday Stewards fined Adrian Murray €130 in accordance with the provisions of Rule 148(xii).
