L.F. Roche, rider of Never Back Down trained by Adrian McGuinness, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount missed the kick.

M.P. Sheehy, rider of Dance Emperor trained by Peter Fahey, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount broke slowly.

The Stewards informed Terence O'Brien, trainer that Kingdom Brunel (GB), would have to be recertified before being declared to run from stalls again.

The Stewards fined J. S. Bolger, trainer, €65 for failing to fit cheek pieces to Sasta, prior to entering the parade ring.

R.P. Whelan, rider of Tirmizi (FR) trained by M.Halford, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount hung left in the straight.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer reported to the Stewards that Elizabethofaragon trained by A.P.O'Brien was found to have had blood on the right nostril post race.

146E Holden Plant Rentals (Q.R.) Race

The Stewards enquired into the running and riding of Powerful Ted, ridden by Mr M.J. O'Hare, and trained by Noel Meade. Evidence was heard from the rider and the trainer's authorised representative Ms. Emma Connolly. Mr M.J. O'Hare stated that he was instructed to tuck his mount in from the start, not to give away any ground on the bends and to go on and win. Mr O'Hare felt that the race was going well for him until turning for home where he was hoping that he would find a gap to challenge from, however no gaps appeared. Emma Connolly confirmed the instructions given to Mr. M.J. O'Hare and added that Mr. Meade was not happy with the ride given to Powerful Ted. The Stewards also received a report from the Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer who stated that Powerful Ted was post race normal. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards noted the explanations offered.

146F 'Green Room' Meld Stakes

S. Foley, rider of Ancient Spirit (GER) trained by Mrs John Harrington, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount hung right.

O.J. Orr, rider of Georgeville (GB) trained by D. K. Weld, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount got upset in the stalls.

146G Tatts Goresbridge Breeze Up Sale H'cap

D.P. McDonogh, rider of Dark Vader trained by Joseph Patrick O'Brien, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount got tight for room in the straight.

S. Foley, rider of Parkers Hill trained by Leanne Breen, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount ran very free early on.
