The Stewards authorised the following substitutions of riders at this meeting:

C. Stone-Walsh replaced J. Coen on Bodybuilder (GER), trained by Gordon Elliott (Race 6)(injured).

296A Kilmore M'dn H'dle

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined He's Ultimate, trained by Gordon Elliott, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

The Raceday Stewards fined Robert Murphy, trainer, €65 for failing to fit the declared tongue strap to Broomfield Gale, prior to entering the parade ring.

The Raceday Stewards received a report from Ms. A. O'Keeffe, Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Clerk of the Scales, regarding the fact that M. Hamill, rider of Broomfield Gale, weighed in at 1.4 lbs overweight. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned, who stated that he could not explain the reason for the discrepancy in the weights. Having considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that M. Hamill was in breach of Rule 231(iii) and having considered his clean record in this regard, they cautioned him on this occasion.

C.M. Quirke, rider of Eoin's Charm, trained by Andrew Slattery, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount made a bad mistake at the second last.

296C Derrinlaur (Mares) H'cap H'dle

The Raceday Stewards reviewed an incident at the last hurdle involving Wudya, ridden by D.J Gilligan, placed second, Cruisin Susan, ridden by Mr J.P. Berry, placed third, and Maid On The Moon (GB), ridden by Ms H. Phillips, placed fourth, where it appeared the three horses came close together. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Lucky Viv, trained by Michael Barry, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

The Raceday Stewards advised Eddie & Patrick Harty, trainer of Evening's Empire, that a repeat performance from their charge, who ran out out and unseated the rider, may render the animal liable to a suspension in the future.

M.P. O'Connor, rider of Lucky Viv, trained by Michael Barry, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount never travelled and pulled up.

R.A. Doyle, rider of Evening's Empire, trained by Eddie & Patrick Harty, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung left, jumped left and ran out.

296D Glenary H'cap H'dle

K. Callaghan, rider of Hob's Angel, trained by James M. Barcoe, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung left, weakened quickly and pulled up.

296J The Killaloan M'dn H'dle

The Raceday Stewards reviewed an incident on the approach to the second last hurdle involving Pahlavi, ridden by J.C. Gainford, placed third, Arctic Piper, ridden by P.T. Enright, placed fifth, and Mystical Goddess, ridden by D.J. O'Keeffe, placed first, where it appeared the three horses came close together. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

D.J Gilligan, rider of Westinjet, trained by Gordon Elliott, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount ran very green.
