The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident close to the line involving Agouti Bear, ridden by D.P. McDonogh, placed fourth, Karazhal, ridden by R.P. Whelan, placed first, and Flash The Cash, ridden by S. Foley, placed second, where it appeared Agouti Bear and Flash The Cash ran around momentarily. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. R.P Whelan stated that he received no pressure. S. Foley stated that his mount ran a little bit left and right but he corrected her immediately. D.P. McDonogh stated that he corrected his mount immediately when she switched leads. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.
A.J. Slattery, rider of Tortola, trained by Josh Halley, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount got upset in the gates.

S. Foley, rider of Saturn Seven, trained by Edward Lynam, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount ran keen early.
A.J. Slattery, rider of Princess Aurea, trained by Andrew Slattery, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was short of room down to the first bend.
G.M. Ryan, rider of Haalim (GB), trained by Anthony McCann, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was very short of room after a furlong.
J.J.G. Ryan, rider of Si Senior, trained by Patrick Magee, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount ran keen early on.
The Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident in the home straight involving Fivecromwellplace, ridden by C.T. Keane, placed third, Distillate (GB), ridden by Adam Caffrey, placed fourth, Si Senior, ridden by J.J.G. Ryan, unplaced, and Tai Sing Yeh, ridden by J.M. Sheridan, unplaced, where it appeared numerous horses came close together. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. J.J.G. Ryan stated that he didn't have the horse to fill the gap. He further added that Distillate went for the same gap as him and his mount received a little bump. Adam Caffrey stated that as the gap opened his mount has overreacted to her left and caused a little bit of interference. J.M. Sheridan stated that he kept a straight line and played no part in the incident. C.T. Keane stated that he kept a straight line. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards found Adam Caffrey was in breach of Rule 214 in that he had ridden carelessly, and having considered his clean record in this regard the Raceday Stewards suspended him for two racedays. Furthermore, the Raceday Stewards advised J.J.G. Ryan to be more accurate with his evidence in future.
The Raceday Stewards reviewed an incident on the run to the first bend involving Princess Aurea, ridden by A.J. Slattery, placed sixth, Si Senior, ridden by J.J.G. Ryan, unplaced, and Haalim (GB), ridden by G.M. Ryan, unplaced, where it appeared the three horses ran keen and ran up on heels making contact with each other. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.
The Raceday Stewards informed John Shane O'Toole, trainer, that Dandys Derriere (GB), would have to be recertified before being declared to run from stalls again.
The Raceday Stewards requested a report from J.F. Levins, trainer, as to the apparent improvement in form of Prisoner's Dilemma (GB), placed first, as compared with its recent form. J.F. Levins reported that his last two runs have been on the turf and that the return to the sounder surface today may have brought about the apparent improvement in form. Having considered the report the Raceday Stewards noted the explanation given.

H'capThe Raceday Stewards enquired into an incident in the home straight involving Squire Danagher (GB), ridden by M.W Hassett, placed first, Master Dunraven, ridden by R.M Mulligan, placed third, and Reclaim (GB), ridden by W. Joyce, placed sixth, where it appeared Master Dunraven clipped a heel. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. M.W. Hassett stated that he kept a relatively straight line and was unaware of anyone behind him. W. Joyce stated that he angled across to the other runners and felt he caused no interference. R.M. Mulligan stated that he was going for the gap and it closed before he got to it. He further added that after the gap closed he went to switch and clipped a heel. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Step To Somewhere (GB), trained by D. K. Weld, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.
W.J. Lee, rider of Star Of Mayo (GB), trained by E. McNamara, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung left up the straight.
R.P. Whelan, rider of Kampala Beach, trained by M. Halford & T. Collins, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount raced keenly and had to take a check turning in.
J.M. Sheridan, rider of Nosey Anna, trained by Denis Gerard Hogan, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung badly left from five furlongs out.
